Sometimes it's just a matter of thought behind the theory that puts us doing different things at different locations. Our theories and thoughts in regards to what we confront while doing our research. It's always open mic night for the members. Time to roll up the sleeves and step up to the podium everyone. Self consciousness and open thoughts are sometimes the most important tool in researching the truth. Honestly, keeping what your mind develops to yourself is shutting off communication to the rest of the world when in fact you could hold a very important key to helping others understand their own senses. Without that communication, one more vital building block is lost forever.

...and what episode did you experience that on?
(Sure, it's an edgy topic but who else is going to say it?)
One of the most irritating things we face as researchers are the claims given to us that oddly match what's been seen on TV. No, it's not always "the lady in the white dress" episode that comes to mind, but there is a very strange coincidental claim at times to activities that line up almost perfectly with what someone else has claimed happened to them two seasons ago.
Recently, I've got to speak to some leaders from other groups in the field and they've said they have the same problem. If there's activity taking place in someone's house in another state, it doesn't necessarily mean you don't have the same activity taking place in your own home. It just brings on a loss of interest in deciphering what could or could not be paranormal when it seems like maybe a bit too many shows being watched is what's happened.
In the past couple months, I've also had the opportunity to meet with new people wanting to get into the field of research. While I don't condone this to everyone and don't always 'open the door' to our group, I decided to loosen up the reigns and allow a chance for a walk through of one of our normal hangouts.
Not everything turns out for everyone as expected.......

We have had a couple of locations that we deliberately try a test that may or may not be the most advisable idea we've come across. It honestly began as just one of the typical theories that most of us researchers come up with from time to time. Its a simple one that so far has proven it has capability to create either an actual change in the environment or maybe just an illussion we have yet to understand. If it is an illussion, we can honestly say it's pretty mind blowing.

With the amount of publicity now in the paranormal world, a more common task for researchers to work at perfecting is the deciphering of true paranormal activities versus just the thoughts by the claimants that they're going to strike gold in what they've got going on.

Expecting Evidence vs Repetitive Communication? |

There's been multitudes of investigations of different places that give evidence that seems to keep playing out in a bigger and better way each time we go. At the Bradner Farm House for example, one particular recorded voice seems to continuously come out and doesn't seem to upset by it's existance. The question is though, is it actually aware that it's speaking to us on a recorded level, or is it actually trying first hand communication regardless of who or what is in it's environment at the time?

Duplicated, Timed or Split Into Two?
Can entities do anything they really want when it comes to multiple people reacting to them? Do they have the ability to be duplicated? Can they drop themselves into a different time frame for the individuals experiencing their presence? Can they split themself in two? Probably one of the most disturbing investigation we've done in a long time (well, personally felt disturbing for me at least) gave us some thoughts.

After watching a show recently on TV, I came across a question in my mind as to if there's any activity that possibly attaches itself to actors willing to 're-enact' events. Now I definitely took thoughts towards the fictional world versus the non-fictional, but that left me still in a curious state of mind. I guess the question still stands. Do actors that participate in a recreation of an actual event go through any paranormal events after what alot of people would possibly call playing with fire?

There's been a multitude of groups spawning up all over the country. While of course there isn't a law against the groups, there's just a curiousity I've got as to who's really serious versus who's doing it because someone's on TV.
